Understanding yourself or knowing yourself is a slow
process that takes more time to identify. You may thing that I am a human and I
am acting according to myself. It may be true, but when you realize the truth
according to the psychology you will be surprised.
Knowing yourself means understanding your all
components of your life area. Such as knowing your strengths, weakness, fears,
passions, values, beliefs, thoughts, habits, personalities, body features and
surrounding people.
Once you understand yourself clearly then it will be
a great thing in your life for the future success.
If you ask some questions about yourself to you then
it will automatically give the real answers. I suggest you to take a piece of
paper and write down the all following question. Then be truthful to yourself
and answer. If you answer these questions clearly you will find the way to your
life.

you usually happy, sad or going normal? Giving the truth
answer will leads to your self-discovery.

you doing your works by yourself or assist someone else? It will explain your dependency.
3. Are
you taking your own decision in your
life or depending on others?
4. Is
your natural response to be angry, sad
or confused? How you react?

you helpful and cooperate with
others?
6. Are
you completely open, hidden or
disguised?
7. Are
you an ambitious person or procrastinator?
8. Do
you do the things in the same way or do you do things differently in each time?
9. Are
you communicating effectively or
ignore others?
10. Are
you selfish or helpful to others?
11. Do
you feel yourself worthy or low
opinion about yourself?
12. Are
you a shy person?
13. Are
you self-confidence, strong or weak person?
14. Are
you an attractive or good looking
person? Or do you have self-image problem?

you a creative person?
Knowing your self means
knowing your purpose in your life. If you find the answers for above mentioned
questions, you will be able to understand who you are? Not knowing yourself
become obvious sooner or later. A quiet frustration lives in your heart when
you do not know yourself. You may choose to live with it, ignore it or start to
