Understanding yourself or knowing yourself is a slow process that takes more time to identify. You may thing that I am a human and I am acting according to myself. It may be true, but when you realize the truth according to the psychology you will be surprised.

Knowing yourself means understanding your all components of your life area. Such as knowing your strengths, weakness, fears, passions, values, beliefs, thoughts, habits, personalities, body features and surrounding people.

Once you understand yourself clearly then it will be a great thing in your life for the future success.
If you ask some questions about yourself to you then it will automatically give the real answers. I suggest you to take a piece of paper and write down the all following question. Then be truthful to yourself and answer. If you answer these questions clearly you will find the way to your life.

1.      Are you usually happy, sad or going normal? Giving the truth answer will leads to your self-discovery.

2.      Are you doing your works by yourself or assist someone else? It will explain your dependency.

3.      Are you taking your own decision in your life or depending on others?

4.      Is your natural response to be angry, sad or confused? How you react?

5.      Are you helpful and cooperate with others?

6.      Are you completely open, hidden or disguised?

7.      Are you an ambitious person or procrastinator?

8.      Do you do the things in the same way or do you do things differently in each time?

9.      Are you communicating effectively or ignore others?

10.  Are you selfish or helpful to others?

11.  Do you feel yourself worthy or low opinion about yourself?

12.  Are you a shy person?

13.  Are you self-confidence, strong or weak person?

Knowing your self means knowing your purpose in your life. If you find the answers for above mentioned questions, you will be able to understand who you are? Not knowing yourself become obvious sooner or later. A quiet frustration lives in your heart when you do not know yourself. You may choose to live with it, ignore it or start to get to know yourself.

Visualization is a process that will improve your motivation, increase your self-confidence and improve your moods. Focusing mental imagery to what you want can lead you to reach your goals. Visualization makes you more confident and happiness in your life.

Your subconscious mind is the main processor of your visualization. If you spend your time to think about to achieve what you want then your subconscious mind will begin to believe that you already have experienced these things and it will fulfill the capabilities to achieve your target.

Visualization can use for achieving your goals, overcoming the fear of public speaking or presentation, to success in the job interview, working at your dream career, driving your dream car,  living your dream life and whatever you want.

Sit in a quiet place

Select a suitable place which is quite and no disturbance from others. Before doing this you should write down all the things that you need to visualize.

Relax

Then you must relax yourself to visualize. You can relax yourself by sleeping on a bed or sitting on a chair. It is easier to imagine when you are in a state of deep relaxation.

Visualize every single detail

When you visualize your dream or goal make visualizing every single detail. Try to see, touch, smell, hear and do everything in your imagination. For example if you visualizing your dream car then drive it in your visualization. Feel that you are driving it in the place that you want to visit with your loved one. Fill your mind with the real situation as you are. The more you dream the subconscious mind will accept and it will react in future.

Do it often

You must keep yourself motivated everyday then it is easy to achieve your target quickly. If you do this every for 5 to 10 minutes you will find yourself motivated to achieve your goals.

There are several definitions for success. In our life every one wants to achieve success. Success can be defined as achievement of an action or reaching a goal or completing a task or objective within a specified time period.

Everyone wants to achieve success in their life. But few people are achieving them and most people fail to achieve. Did you find the reason behind this? There several reasons, if you understand those reasons then the chances of success in your life might be increase.

Dream and Imagination

If you want to be successful in your life first you should have the dream what you want to achieve in your life. The dream should be very well planned, time specified and well organized. It will increase your possibilities of success.

Then you should improve your skills or materials whatever it is to achieve your target. According to you goal the reasons may vary. For example if you want to be a No 1 athlete in your country then you should improve your physical fitness every day. Also you must practice every day and getting good diet which is essential for you. These are the short term goals to achieve your long term target. Like this the required skills must develop every day.

Also meeting successful people in your related fields or making relationship with those people might increase your chances of your success. You can gain more experience from them which is related to your dream.

Breakdown the Obstacles

When you try to achieve your goal there may be several obstacles or setbacks. Success is all about learning to say no to whatever stands in your way, jumping over the obstacles you face and breakdown the all obstacles in your way to achieve the success.

 Believe in yourself and be persistence

You should believe in yourself until you reach your target. Winners are not quit in the middle. They try harder until the end. Therefore try to achieve your target until the end. What is positive thinking? Are you a positive thinker?

“You are what you thing” this is simple but it is the true statement. Positive thinking is a mental attitude that sees the bright side of the world. Positive thinking can be defined as approaching life challenges with a positive outlook.

When we consider the power of positive thinking it can give more benefits to our day to day life. With a positive attitude we experience lot of feelings, and we visualize the results we want to achieve. This will bring more brightness to our eyes, more energy and happiness. Positive thinking can give us lot of benefits such as less stress, longer life spam, lower rate of depression, better stress management and coping skills, increased physical well being and better psychological health.

Negative thinking is the main killer of your day to day activities. When you think negatively you feel bad. Why negative thoughts are form? Do you ever understand? You are thinking negatively when you fear the future; doubt your abilities expect failure and more other reasons. Negative thinking damages your confidence, destroy your performance and complicate your mental skills.

Positive thinking is looking at thinks from a positive point of view. Positive thinking is a tool that can help you solve your problems if you know how to use it. We can increase our positive thinking ability by knowing the situation which we face. When your mind gets a negative feeling try to escape from that situation. If you escape completely you will become more positive.

Positive thinking can be increase by programming your subconscious mind. You can tell to yourself that I am a positive person. Send positive signals to your mind. Another method to is using positive medias. Watch positive movies, listen to positive songs and positive thought images can increase your positive thinking ability. Smiling can change your mood even if there is no reason for smiling. Whenever you face a problem smile and search for the solution. What Is Our Subconscious Mind


What is our subconscious mind?

Do you ever understand that your thoughts are controllable or not. Do you working according to your plan?

The main controlling element of our thoughts is our mind. The psychological studies refers that subconscious is the part of consciousness that is not currently in focal awareness. Your subconscious mind has no form of reasoning that’s your conscious mind that does it. Your subconscious mind can only do what it believes and it can only believe in the things that your conscious minds allows through its door.

You have to understand that your subconscious mind controls everything including your brain and your soul. The subconscious mind stores all of your previous activities, beliefs, life experiences, all situations you have been faced and all the things you have seen or experienced.

For example if you are going to do a presentation or a public speaking at that time you will feel distress, fear and anxiety feelings. These feeling were launch and controlled by your subconscious mind. If you understand that your thoughts are control by our subconscious mind then you can change the situation whatever you want.

The conscious mind is your subconscious mind protector and once your conscious mind believes something to be true and correct only then it will allow this information through to your subconscious mind. The subconscious mind can only act as it knows everything to be true.

By understanding the power of subconscious mind we can develop our life skills in a better way. Health and well being can be changed. Creative thinking refers to the ability of thinking to solve your life problems using new ideas and different methods to complete your daily tasks.  And also we can define kind of thinking that focus on exploring ideas, generating possibilities, looking for many right answers rather than just one.

Lots of people are thinking that they are not creative and being creative is related to gene. No, the truth is we all are creative. Lots of people having negative attitudes which are killing their creativity.

Some negative attitudes kill the creativity

It can’t be done - If there is a problem they conclude that this problem cannot be solved. In the first step they keep block for it. Therefor that problem will never solve.

I’m not creative - Some people think that they are not creative. Therefore they never find the answer.

What will people think? - They think about other people that they will tell some think or they will think about us negatively.

I might fail - Some are thinking that they will fail when they go to solve their problems. Therefore they never take the step forward.

Some positive attitudes increase the creativity

Challenge – Creative people challenge their problems. They never fear of their problem. They take all the challenges whatever it is.

Curiosity – They have the curiosity towards their problems. They increase the eager to solve their problems. They never quit. They don’t tell it can’t be done. They believe in their self whatever it happen.

A belief that most problems can be solved - They think that most problems can be solved. They have that belief in their mind that can be solved.

Seeing good in the bad - Creative thinkers when faced poor solutions , they don’t cast them away. Instead, they ask what is good about it? Because there may be some useful in the worst ideas. Finally they discover the good in the bad.

I want to change my life? Do you feel this question in your life at least one time?  Almost I think you would feel this question several time, because every time we think that we want to change but finally it didn’t happen. Why? Did you find the answer? When we find the answer for this question I think it will automatically change our life.

In our everyday life we do lot of mistakes but we did not realize that is a mistake. Every person should study from their mistake. Then only it will increase the chances of success.

Why do you want to change?

When I talk about change it mean the change in your life will make happier and more confident person in a positive way.

How can you change your life?

First I suggest to take a piece of paper and write down all the things that you want to change. It may be a bad habit, or a emotional problem, or something else. I am telling you to write these things because change can’t happen through a night. It needs time. Therefore from your written paper it can be change little by little by monitoring your paper. Every day you should mark this paper that I change this habit or not. Therefore by looking this chances will increase.

The main reason behind our changes is our mind. You should understand that our mind is the main element that controls our thoughts. Here I mention our subconscious mind. Subconscious mind is the programmer of our daily activities. If you understand this process you will realize that you can change whatever you think. I will write about subconscious mind programme in my next article.


If you realize all the things are happen from your thoughts then you can change the world. First understand the reason why you should change and take action to change your life. What are the main reasons behind this? Finding similarities between two individual, physical attraction and social reasons are the main reasons when we find the answer for this question.

Love is a psychological element of human relationships. We attract each other when we find similarities between us. There are certain psychological aspects that may possibly make people fall in love. A feeling of similarity is a major psychological fact that increases love. People who interact for longer period or people who are of the same mind set may develop love within themselves.

According to psychological theories romance can happen in two ways; compassionate love and passionate love. Compassionate romance is originated from mutual understanding, respect and sharing. On the other hand passionate love is based on intense sexual desires, anxiety and affection. Each love or relationship is fueled by any of these psychological reasons.

Another reason is the physical attraction. A normal man or woman is designed to get attracted to opposite sex. This is the nature of the creation. Every person is attracted to the opposite sex due to some physical attractiveness. That may her/his beauty in the face, eyes or the body features. Everyone has some psychological reason behind physical attraction to another one. As the sayings go, beauty is in the eye of the beholder, attractiveness also vary as preferences of people differ.

Another main reason behind falling in love is social. The society encourages every adult to live in families where they procreate and grow kids as responsible members of society. And also the medias entertain the love movies which is increase the love emotion in the young generation. And also there are more reason why we fall in love according to psychology. Building Self Confidence

Are you enough Self-confident?

Self-confidence is an attitude which allows everyone to have positive views of them in every situation. People who lack self-confidence can find it difficult to become successful. Self-confidence is belief that you can handle any situation correctly. If you have more self-confidence then you will handle the difficult situation correctly in your life. And also you will complete your task with a successful ending.

In our everyday life everyone have to do lot of works which we need to complete. Some time it can’t be done. Did you know why?

Because you may know that the main reason behind this is, lack of self-confidence. The reason to lack of self-confidence is you will be afraid to take risk of trying something that you are not sure you can handle. And also having a poor self-image about you. Self-confidence is not a general trait but instead you have different confidence levels for all the different activities you do.

How to build your self confidence level

First you should know about yourself that what are the reasons lacking my self-confidence. Then identify the reason and list out it. I would like to tell you to write down all the factors you are lacking self-confidence. Then correct them in your everyday routine life. Here the most common factors that everyone having in lack of self-confidence.

Depending on others

Depending on others to take decision or to do your own works. This action will tell you that you are lack of self-confidence and you ask help from other one to do your work. Therefore do your work your own and take decision by yourself. When you practice this I think you will become more successful in your life.

Inferiority complex

Another reason behind the lack of self-confidence is inferiority complex. You may be always think about you that I am not good looking person or I have no talent to do that work. Having a self-image problem can make you to feel inferiority than your friends. So you need to fix your inferiority complex. I will say about it in my next article how to overcome inferiority complex.

Comparing yourself with others

Comparing yourself with others may also leads to lack of self-confidence in your life. Comparing your ability, your knowledge, your talent etc. Therefore don’t compare yourself with others in every situation. It is insulting about you. So increase your ability to the works, increase your knowledge and practice the actions to increase your self confidence level.

Finally I would like to say the fear is the main reason to lack of self-confidence. Therefore don’t afraid to take risks in your everyday life activities. There are several factors to discuss. I will continue them in my next articles.

We all know about some people who managed to do the impossible even though everyone used to tell them that they won’t be able to do it. Everyone in the world is eager to succeed whatever they dream but only a few can achieve their dreams. This is because most people never believe in themselves and their abilities. Some studies have shown that some people have a deep inner feeling of not being good enough while some people have negative thought of all types. 

However, we should know that believing in ourselves is the first step to success. So we need to learn how to believe in ourselves. First, you should love yourself and understand that you are a unique individual. You are different from others. Before doing anything else, you should firstly understand that you are an individual and there is no other person just like you.

This is the key to establishing self-esteem and self-motivation. As you are special you must have your own set of abilities, thoughts and skills that other people do not have.  Sometime you may feel inferior to others or you will feel that I can’t do these. So do not feel inferior in some way or other because everybody is unique.  Just believe in yourself and your abilities. Moreover, you should know that if you want to receive love and confidence from other people, you should love yourself first. Then you should give love others. If you show mercy to others you will receive it.


Then, you can try to ignore other people's opinions sometimes. Some people are concerned about other people's opinions when they do something. They think that they cannot succeed unless everyone agrees with them. However, we should not live or die by other people's opinions. Though sometimes other people may give us good suggestions, we should have our own opinions.



Next, try anything you would like to try. If you are interested in something, just try it. Do not think too much and do not mind other people's opinions.  When you succeed in doing one thing, the feeling of victory can build up a sense of self and can help you believe in yourself.  After trying several times, you will find that you are more confident even if you are facing with big challenges.

Last, you need to have the right attitude towards failure. If you have been beaten down long enough and think failure is a terrible thing, believing in yourself can seem impossible. Therefore, you should learn to have the right attitude towards failure. You need to know that failure is common in everyday life and it can happen to anybody.  So you should consider failure as nothing more than an experience and believe that you can gain success one day. Finally I would like to say that believe in your self is the firs key to the success in your life.
